29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Jobsite located at 2802 Cecil B. Moore Ave. Philadelphia, PA - 19121: The employer did not ensure that fall protection training was conducted by a competent person. Employees were conducting framing activities at a height of approximately 14 feet without the use of an adequate fall protection system. Condition was observed on or about June 1, 2021 AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1406812, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1206 N Oriana St, Philadelphia, PA- 19122. AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1291667, Citation Number 2, Item Number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 433 North 35th Street.
