29 CFR 1904.31(a): Recordable injuries and illnesses of all company employees including labor, executive, hourly, salary, part-time, seasonal, or migrant workers and employees who were not on the company payroll but supervised by the employer were not recorded on the OSHA 300 log: On or about June 6, 2021, at the company offices located at 1777 7th Avenue in Lake Worth, Florida, the employer did not keep and/or record any recordable injuries on the OSHA 300 log's including but not limited to an incident which occurred on May 26, 2021, and times prior.
