29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about January 15, 2021, the employer did not ensure periodic inspections of energy control procedures included a review of each authorized employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedures. Authorized employees are required to conduct service and maintenance activities on the Model 4KG Automatic Grommet Machine requiring them to perform lockout/tagout. Soundwich Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1251262, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/28/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 881 Wayside Road, Cleveland , OH 44110.
