29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. a) This violation occurred on or about May 19, 2021, at a workplace located at 12304 Blackburn Way, Farmers Branch, TX; where employees, who were working under construction activities, were not protected from head injuries by wearing hard hats.
