29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i):Footings were not level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: a. 1650-1660 US 22 East & Vauxhall Rd., Union, NJ - Treasure Island Storage - Union The employer did not ensure that welded tubular frame scaffold was erected in a manner to support the loaded scaffold. Employees engaged in masonry activities worked from a scaffold where the footings were placed on planks supported on blocks that were not capable of supporting the scaffold without settling or displacement.
