29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 11 Ternstedt Court, Ewing NJ - Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from two separate pump jack scaffold that were missing end stops. Condition observed on or about 04/28/21. Best Option Construction Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1222738, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/07/17, with respect to a workplace located at 145 Cliffwood Avenue - Building M, Aberdeen NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
