29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The certification did not identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized: (a) On or about 04/17/2021 - Strapper #5 at Line #1 in the Strapper #2 position, authorized employees were exposed to caught-in, stuck-by, and thermal hazards when performing periodic maintenance activities such as, but not limited to, oiling, wiping, adjusting, and/or observing the chain in the Timing Belt Table Drive unit, cleaning up strapper dust in the compression bar area and dismantling the R.H. heater slide guide to eliminate dirt and the employer had not identified the machine or equipment on the periodic inspection certification.
