29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On or about April 5, 2021 at bay two of the facility, an employee was injured from a fall and was hospitalized without the employer reporting to OSHA within 24 hours.
