29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a) Nature Soy, LLC located 6123 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO 80303, on March 31, 2021 and at times prior, the employer did not maintain safety data sheets for all chemicals which they maintained on site. Specifically, the employer had a Material Safety Data Sheet for Nutri-Pea Limited Accu-Gel. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
