29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3):Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: a) On or about march 31, 2021, at the corner workbench inside the maintenance building, the CSHO observed a portable fire extinguisher that had inspections tags that showed greater than one year since last inspection and indicator stated recharge. b) On or about march 31, 2021, next to the right side exit door inside the maintenance building, the CSHO observed a portable fire extinguisher that had inspection tags that showed greater than one year since last inspection.
