29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). The employer does not protect each employee from the hazard of falling by the use of fall protection systems. This most recently occurred on or about March 23, 2021, located at 2756 Aviary, Lot HER 332, Hilliard, Ohio 43026, the employer failed to ensure that four employees involved in framing activities on a two-story, single family home were protected against fall hazards. Employees were framing the second story of the structure without fall protection, thereby exposing them to fall hazards of 18 feet.
