29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- On 03/11/2021 5 Roxbury Road, Mahwah NJ 07430: An employee was engaged in framing activities positioned on an unprotected framed wall in which a means of fall protection was not being utilized exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the ground below. Condition observed on or about 03/11/2021 Pine Contractor Corp was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1509701, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 02/24/2021 with respect to a work place located at 1300-12,14,16,18,20, Roberta Way, Medford NJ 08055. This citation became a final order on 03/30/21 (Open)
