29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about 03/03/2021, the employer did not ensure that head protective equipment was used when workers were exposed to impact hazards of falling material and/or tools. Precise Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1322344, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/11/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Kinney Blvd, Salem, IL 62881.
