29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On or about February 15, 2021, at this establishment, an employee suffered a workplace injury resulting in an in-patient hospitalization which was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours. Circle K Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1407360, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7916 US Hwy 27 S, Sebring, FL 33876.
