29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Lots 970 - 976 Plantation Lakes Development Millsboro, DE 19966: On or about February 26, 2021; the employer failed to ensure employees conducting framing work on a new multi-story construction property while being unprotected in all directions, approximately 34 feet above grade, were provided adequate fall protection. Garden Builders, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1492197, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/11/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Green Street and Naamans Drive Claymont, DE 19703.
