29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Over-current devices were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel. a) Warehouse Panel box main entrance left side: Cardboard boxes, water jugs and garbage were stored in front of an electrical panel, blocking access on or about 3/3/21. b) Main Warehouse Panel box by L3 room: A Powder Filler Machine was stored in front of an electrical panel, blocking access on or about 3/3/21. c) Warehouse L1 room Panel box: Cardboard boxes filled with plastic bottles were stored in front of an electrical panel, blocking access on or about 3/3/21. d) Warehouse L2 room Panel box: Cardboard boxes filled with plastic bottles were stored in front of an electrical panel, blocking access on or about 3/3/21. e) Warehouse L3 room Panel box: Cardboard boxes filled with plastic bottles were stored in front of an electrical panel, blocking access on or about 3/3/21. f) Warehouse L3 Room: CSHOs returned to the site and observed a panel box being blocked with cardboard, on or about 5/17/21.
