29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: (a) SHERATON OPERATING CORPORATION at 315 E Dean Street, Aspen, CO: On and around February 4, 2021, the employer did not verify, through written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed. Personal protective equipment provided to employees for work activities, including but not limited to dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry washing. This condition potentially exposed employees to chemical and physical hazards.
