29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about February 1, 2021 employees engaged in residential construction activities (installing rafters) were not protected from a fall, exposing the employees to a fall of over 17 feet. S & G European Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1376112, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 5, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5525 Fairmount Downers Grove, IL 60515. S & G European Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1203692, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 40/41 Dublin Way Frankfort, IL 60423. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
