29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): At the Large Pole Area, employees engaged in manufacturing activities at the HEMSAW, were exposed to amputation hazards in that the point of operation was not properly guarded. Valmont Utility was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1373736, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11308 Highway 36 P.O. Box 640, Bellville, Texas 77418.
