29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a) 755 Sun Pillar Loop, Missoula, MT: On January 6, 2021 the employer failed to report in-patient hospitalization of injured employee, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours. An employee was hospitalized on January 6, 2021, the OSHA area office was not notified by the employer until January 13, 2021.
