29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about January 13, 2021, employees engaged in roofing a new residential property with a 12/12 pitched roof, were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet on the front of the property and 20 feet on the back of the property. The L.H. Krueger and Son, Inc. company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1424495, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3045 Lake Country Drive in Oconomowoc, WI 53066. The L.H. Krueger and Son, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1352044, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 2, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1345 Blazing Star Court in Oconomowoc, WI 53066
