29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- 90 Oweno Road, Mahwah NJ 07430 (Residential Flat Roof): CSHO observed an employee engaged in siding activities and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 01/07/2021
