29 CFR 1926.850(b): The walls or floors were not shored or braced where employee(s) were required to work within a damaged structure to be demolished: a) At 845 Main Street, Chipley, Florida; On or about January 4, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees engaged in demolition of a building, to hazards associated with the collapse of the structure, in that the employer failed to ensure both interior walls of the building were stable and had shoring in place to prevent potential collapse.
