29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) 64 Old Railroad Bed Rd - The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization with-in twenty-four (24) hours of a work related incident, on or about November 10, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
