29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. On or about December 2, 2020, located at 2685 Canterbury Rd, Upper Arlington, OH 43221, the employer did not maintain a safety and health program to ensure detection and correction of hazards during construction activities. Hammer One Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1431911, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 31, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2750 Welsford Dr, Upper Arlington, OH 43221.
