29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4):Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: Note: Applies to any extinguishers provided in the workplace. Maintenance check includes an internal examination, except extinguishers with stored pressure. PPG Paints 9218, Tucker, GA- (Throughout the Facility)-Annual maintenance check and charging was not performed on the several of the fire extinguishers exposing employees to a fire hazard.
