29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition: a. On or about December 10, 2020, and at times prior, in the Loading/Receiving Dock area, two Utilev UT25P powered industrial trucks were in operation that had been found in need of repair. The powered industrial trucks were found to have bare/damaged tires but were not taken out of service. b. On or about November 16, 2020, in the Loading/Receiving Dock Area, an Utilev UT25P powered industrial truck was in operation that had been found in need of repair. The powered industrial truck was found to have a bent sideshift carriage not allowing the ability to slide the right hand fork, but was not taken out of service. RK Holdings, LLP aka Rural King Supply was previously cited for a Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1446372, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on February 5, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 230 Central Parkway, Heath, OH 43056. RK Holdings, LLP aka Wentzville Rural King Supply, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357193, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 7, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 15190 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Wentzville, MO, 63385. RK Holdings, LLP aka Rural King Supply, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1272981, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1900 W. Park Square, Xenia, OH 45385.
