1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(D) Refresher training in relevant topics shall be provided to the operator when: The operator is assigned to drive a different type of truck; or a. On or about November 11, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees who were permitted to operate a powered pallet jack had received the formal instruction portion of the powered industrial vehicle training program.
