29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2): 29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2): The employer did not establish a record of the qualitative or quantitative fit test administered to employees: a) Inglis House located at 2600 Belmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19131: On or about November 17, 2020, the employer did not ensure all required fit test procedures were documented during employee qualitative fit tests to demonstrate a clear association between the occurrence of the negative/positive pressure seal checks and its being recorded. The 'Fit Check' sections of fit test records were blank for the check boxes marked 'Pass', 'Fail' and 'Not done'. The employer required employee use of N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against SARS-CoV-2 while providing care to confirmed COVID-19 positive residents.
