29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: 311-313 Williams Ave, Hasbrouck Heights NJ (Building Exterior): An employee engaged in roofing activities was exposed to an overhead impact hazard as tools were placed in a metal can attached to a rope and pulled above head exposing the worker to overhead impact hazards as head protection was not utilized.
