29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): A.) Young Galvanizing, Inc., 8281 Mercer Street, Pulaski, PA 16143, on or about November 12, 2020 and times prior thereto: Employees were using a Clark forklift for work operation including, but not limited to, moving and stacking bridge floors and 24-foot rebar rods. The windshield, rear window and lower side/door window were cracked and damaged. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
