29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) Pillow Stuffing - On or about November 09, 2020 the employer did not ensure walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition, exposing employees to slip and fall hazards. The Alan White Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1266307, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on January 09, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 111 South Street, Shannon, MS 38868.
