29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure that rigging equipment not be used without affixed, legible identification markings required by paragraph (a)(2)(I) of this section: a)2278 Goshen Turnpike. Middletown, NY - on or about November 07, 2020, Synthetic slings used to lift loads, including but not limited to wooden trusses, were missing permanently affixed and legible identification markings that identified the safe working load limits as prescribed by the manufacturer.
