29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment that were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not protect employees from the recognized hazard of being struck by: (a) On or about October 30, 2020, and at times prior to, at the facility located at 1100 White Bluff Rd, Redfield Arkansas, employees performing blasting operations were exposed to the hazard of struck-by in the event of a premature and/or untimely detonation of explosives.
