29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A Log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent) was not completed in the detail as required by the regulation: On or about 10/5/20, the employer did not record specific details regarding employees that contracted COVID-19 while in the process of caring for COVID-19 positive or presumptively positive patients. From the time period of 10/5/20 to 11/25/20, 22 cases of COVID-19 resulted in days away from work, at least 10 of which worked directly with patients at the facility. The OSHA Form 300 did not provide detail regarding where these employees worked in the facility prior to their work-related illness. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required
