29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide. (a) Metal frame roof, on or about October 21, 2020, the employer did not ensure safe operation of scissors lift due to employees standing on the rails of a scissors lift being used as a scaffold walkway that were not at least 18 inches wide, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard. Marsh Construction Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1293511, citation number 1, item number 1A and was affirmed as a final order on April 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 202 Grand Central Blvd, Pooler, GA 31322.
