29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) Production Department/Base metal pillar - On or about 11/04/2021, and at times prior to, employees were potentially exposed to impalement hazards in that, if they were to fall and/or inadvertently make contact with the bolts that protruded at the base of the pillars located in the production area.
