29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): A. On or about October 16, 2020, employees engaged in work while on the roof of a new residential construction were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to falling approximately 20 feet. B. On or about October 16, 2020, an employee was engaged in work on a new residential construction while next to an unguarded window at the rear of the construction. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 10 feet. C. On or about October 16, 2020, employees working on a new residential construction were exposed to falling through an unguarded stairwell from the main level to the basement.
