29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about October 14, 2020, at a work-site located next to 709 17th St SW, Massillon Oh 44647; during the installation of roofing material, the employer did not ensure employees working on the ground were protected from possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, falling debris from working surfaces of heights approximately 12.5 feet. The JANDC ROOFING LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.100(a) Head Protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401457, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/9/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2080 Marlow Lane, Lakewood, OH 44107
