29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the employees who were working on the residential roof were protected from fall hazards above 6 feet by the use of guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems. DGO Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1461003, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/27/2020 with respect to a workplace located at 43 George Street, Seymour, CT. DGO Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1329457, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/25/2018 with respect to a workplace located at Lot 50 White Tail Lane, Shelton, CT.
