29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: 102 Cross St., Longmeadow, MA: On or about September 11, 2020, the employer had not provided a training program on fall protection to his employees who were exposed to falls as an necessary part of their employment with him as residential roofers. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1). Eliezer J Perez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR1926.503 (a) 1 which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1477489, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/18/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 87 Meadowbrook Rd., Longmeadow.
