29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about August 25, 2020 and at times prior, at the acrylic department, the portable fire extinguisher was on top of an structural metal beam and behind a table with tools and equipment such as a circular saw.
