29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: Worksite located at 2700 W. Ash St., Columbia, Missouri- On or about August 17, 2020, an employee was working on a scaffold platform that was not fully decked or planked between the uprights. The Sartain Masonry, LLC company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1435876, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/6/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 500 E. Broadway, Columbia, Missouri.
