On 4/18/2020 the employee tested positive for COVID-19. On 4/19/2020, the employee died from COVID-19 related complications. As of 8/26/2020, the employer did not record the fatality on the company's OSHA 300 Logs. Violation occurred on or about 4/19/2020, and thereafter.
