29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees from hazards such as those created at the point of operation, and ingoing nip points: a) Drexel Metals Inc. Arvada CO: On or before 8/19/2020, the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees were exposed to caught in, crushing, and amputation hazards due to lack of point of operation guarding on the RAS Reinhardt Machinenbau RAS 62.30 (folder 3). b) Drexel Metals Inc. Arvada CO: On or before 8/19/2020, the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees were exposed to caught in, crushing, and amputation hazards due to lack of point of operation guarding on the Schectl 310 Automatic Press Brake (S/N T40397)(folder 2).
