29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness was not entered on the OSHA 300 Log within seven (7) days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness had occurred: a.) PID, LLC dba Presque Isle Downs & Casino, on or about August 21st, 2020 and times prior thereto: One recordable case of medical treatment beyond first aid was not recorded on the Companys 2020 300 Log within seven calendar days of receiving information related to the injury/illness. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
