29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On August 4, 2020, and times prior thereto, employees worked in a border protection gate-guard booth where a fire extinguisher was not properly mounted. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
