29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: In the Deburr Department, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. Employees performing deburr operations were exposed to respiratory hazards. Employees using N95 respirators and 3M Niosh 6001 respirator voluntarily were not provided with information contained in Appendix D to the standard.
