29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Side A Dock Area: On or about July 31, 2020, employees who worked in A Side warehouse and dock area were potentially exposed to fire hazards in that, a chain-linked fence blocked an exit door. b) Side B Dock Area: On or about July 31, 2020, employees who worked in B Side warehouse and dock area were potentially exposed to fire hazards in that, a chain-linked fence blocked an exit door. Amware Fulfillment of Georgia, LLC DBA Amware Fulfillment was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1449013, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/26/2020 with respect to a workplace located at 650 Selig Drive SW unit B, Atlanta, GA 30336.
