29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the jobsite, on or about 7/17/20: Employees were installing sheathing onto a flat roof system of trusses, 17 feet from grade (by plan) without fall protection of any kind. Kevin Hughes Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1148927 citation number 1 item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/7/16, with respect to a workplace located at Homewood Suites, 201 Woods Park Drive, New Hartford, NY 13143.
